The best part about Saigon is that you actually have to walk across those intersections. It is just like the frogger episode on Sienfeld.

It is quite scary at first, but after about a week you are use to it. In Hanoi, a motorbike actually hit me (It was my first day in Vietnam!!!)

At least there it's a matter of battling mostly mopeds. In Korea they actually have crosshairs on their cars to line up the pedestrians.

umm what happens when there is an accident? Do the cops even bother filing a report? Or do they just kind of drag the people off the street and let the insanity ensue?
