I would like to see Sutter give Huberdeau a try with Lindholm once again, with Pelletier on the wing. I think Pelletier style will compliment those two better than Toffoli did when Huby was first tried.

The top two lines aren't productive, so make a switch to see if at least if one of the lines can be consistent.

Pelletier or Dube. Or Mangiapane if they dare mess with the Backlund line.

I have to think Raz is out for a bit. Getting hit by a car is a violent ass thing to go through. Shakes the whole body.

Once the episode of Barn Burner is over today and it's posted to watch, I'll put a thread up on it - but holy !@#$ is Rhett on point today. Absolutely shredding the organization - and the history of the organization.

Not sure I would mess with the one line that's actually working.

Also the PP units changed again. The kadri line is not producing and keeping them intact for a PP unit just seems pointless

It's working but at what cost? We're still losing. We need a full blowup of lines right now. Nothing is working as a whole.

I don't understand why Sutter won't try Huberdeau-Lindholm-Dube (or Pelletier). At least give it a try.

Stick with Backlund line, they've been great.

Then Pelletier-Kadri-Toffoli.

With the old vet line. Seems good to me, I do like Duehr on the 4th lines over the vets.

It's not like current line 1 now has been amazing, ever. Or Huberdeau and Kadri have this great chemistry. I know they grinded out some wins with the lines as they're been. It's better other combos at times this year, but it's not really working IMO or a receipt for success. The team is frustrating right now and I feel they can be better.

Huberdeau - Lindholm - Pelletier
Dube - Kadri - Toffoli
Mangiapane - Backlund - Coleman
Ruzicka - Lewis - Duehr

I think Dube has been really overrated on this board. He doesn't belong anywhere near the top 2 lines. He like has 2 assists in his last 10 games.

He works hard, and looks like he's doing a lot out there but he's a third liner.

I actually think they keys on that line are Coleman and Backlund and if you put Pelletier there he'd do as well as Mangiapane. Maybe better.

Sutter takes Ruzzy out to fit Ritchie in instead of Looch. Another D Sutter gem of a decision.

Ruzicka deserves to be bench but it’s hard to blame on the 4th line when your first line produces nothing

Huberdeau looked terrible with Lindholm and Toffoli

He’s been with the team’s highest paid centers. Not sure you can blame Sutter on his no shows

When things are going wrong Sutter goes back to the well and brings in the Ritchies of the world taking out skill players.

Just what we need.

Put Huberdeau in the press box for a game or two. Let him whatch the games and see if he can figure anything out from that.

It’s exhausting

Lucic has been TERRIBLE. This double standard has to be pissing players off

He looked bad with Lindholm back when Lindholm was also not playing well. He's picked it up some since then. It's time to re-try it.

Does this ever really work for veteran NHLers?

I also still don't love having Toffoli and Lindholm being seemingly attached at the hip all year.

They are both RH shot players that their best offensive skill is their shot...maybe we need to split that up.

Huberdeau-Lindholm-Dube
Pelletier-Kadri-Toffoli
Mangiapane-Backlund-Coleman

I'd give that top 9 a runout for a couple games to see how it goes.
