Love how everyone keeps talking about how Edmonton outshot the Ducks 23-2 in the third period of their last game. No one mentions the fact that the only reason that happened was because the Oilers were on the powerplay for more than half the period.

On the opposite side, Wyatt Johnston has the only goal in the game, 1-0 Stars also after forty minutes. Tarasov has been solid in net for the BJs.

Haha that was such a bs goaltender interference call. Where was Forsberg supposed to go when Kulak was driving everyone into the net. The refs were just salivating to make a call to get the Oilers back in it.

The league knows if they don’t get McCrossover to the playoffs and meaningful hockey he is going to demand a trade. That will spiral to a mass exodus from the Oilers and basically the demise of that franchise. The extra, and more importantly timely, PP’s for the Oilers is a real thing and guaranteed that is coming down from the league. Have seen more garbage penalties and completely ridiculous goals called back in favor of the Oilers this year. It is ruining the credibility of the game.
