I really HATE Connor Murphy's pathetic efforts at defense. The guy is awful. His running around the D-Zone leaves Zuccarello wide open weak side for his 2nd goal of the game...a PPG. 'Hawks down 3-0 after 2 periods. Kaprizov poked one in earlier in the period. Mrazek had made a flopping stop, but, failed to cover.

I hadn't really paid much attention to Mrazek's earlier career, but, his hyper style of over committing just is a bad match for the 'Hawks' inability to cover guys without the puck. Too many wide open guys with an over-committed Mrazek losing his goal.

Mrazek is a piece of work. He has been incredibly inconsistent since his early years with the Red Wings. He is a career backup.

Kaprizov is the other offensive punch for Minnesota, he had a goal and two assists.

Wow, Clayton Keller scores from a double deflection off two Islanders. Then Bjugstad scores fourteen seconds later. It is 3-2 for the Coyotes!

The Islanders tied it with Dobson's goal. Boyd and Keller got the Coyotes a safe lead Beauvilier has made it 5-4 with 99 seconds left in regulation time. Time to pull the goalie!

Clayton really likes the home games in smaller rink the Coyotes play in,
he almost scored a hat trick for the second straight game.
