The one crappy thing about paperless tickets is you can't give someone tickets as a gift in the traditional way, it used to be nice to put actual tickets or even printed tickets in a Christmas card.
How do you do it now? a note saying you will be transferring? just transfer on christmas morning? a printed screen shot?

There are many aspects of the phone ticket that are good but I did really like the big, colour season ticket booklet for giving tickets away. I'd pay 30 or 40 bucks to be able to get that back.
Ripping a pair of tickets out of a book is still easier and quicker than signing into account and sending tix to wallet.

I did this for one of those office Christmas exchanges last year and just created a page with some images and info about the tickets and printed that off and put it in a box. Emailed the tickets afterwards to whomever got the gift. It definitely is not as easy as the good old days.

There was something special about waiting for the ticket package to be delivered and having the nice book of tickets.
Call your rep and have the print the tickets (you'll need to go down to the dome @ pick them up at the ticket office) but that's the only way you can get "hard copy" tickets.
Did them for our work XMAS party this last weekend.
