Brutal officiating mixed with terribly undisciplined play from the Flames.
Got a point out of this one after all of that. I'll take it.

Some pretty bad calls, and some pretty legit calls that were just bad luck.
Some good things to take away but still lots of work to do. They play really dumb sometimes.
Phillips looked pretty good.

The ref's again win this game for the leafs, officiating against the flames has hit wideman levels again this year.
How on earth are the calls 9 penalties for Flames and 4 for the leafs.
Crosschecking calls were totally 1 sided.
Interference seemingly never called on Toronto.
2nd game in a row where the Flames play almost a whole period short handed... this league is an absolute joke.

Some good signs, but the absolute ineffectiveness of Huberdeau - Lindholm - Toffoli at 5-on-5 is killing us.
Phillips looked really good against a high-end-team.
