NDP:
prevent private health care. libs have done private health care. more immigrants for docs/nurses. long term care/home care program for seniors. reduce price of drugs.
rebut: 5 mil CDN don't have a family doctor. (Was said by announcer.) libs will give tax cuts, we'll invest in people we need.

CON: no quick fix. we'll ensure that wait times are low, and have penalties for them (court rulings) and if wait times to long, they can go somewhere else (Region/country)
rebut: we'll graduate more doctors.

BLOQ: provincal transfer cutbacks large cause. 10k fed employees in Ottowa in health care, not helping a single person. cut back them, more money for provences.
rebut: not feds responsibility

LIB: Patients first, no private. fund homecare, more docs/nurses (err they said they would..... ummm) has established benchmarks. says that they have decreased wait times. didn't actually say much this time
rebut: yeah we need more spaces. and we need residencies. we'll bring in immigrants for them as well. (more foreign doctors) we need them everywhere.

Bloq: mr martin expelled 10 people. and gave some money back to government. it's illegal to give and receive money. mr martin needs to give names of who received the money (YES!)

Cons: We'll do what we promised. there is some attraction to this. I tried to do this in BC. This will just bog us down though, voters need to figure it out themselves

Libs: people must punish parties that didn't do there promises (ummmm) time frames should be set out. we dealt with wait times. we've done stuff.

NDP: martin hasn't been keeping his promises. like pollution, internation aid. (bono don't like PM any more) childcare (93,97,03) pharmacare. martin needs to do this. vote us in!

Bloq: libs campagined free trade, nafta/GST. they then changed there mind. we understand your feeling. but this is really hard/not realistic. things change.

CONS: we do need to work together. I've worked with layton/duceppe. we tried to work in a reasonable way. the problem was the governing party would not accept it had a minority. We joined togehter to get emm out. as a minority gov we'd try to work with people.

Any reason Harper keeps getting cut off? I started watching a little late, I'm not sure if there are any rules he's breaking. He doesn't seem to be going any longer than the others. Martin even directly asked Harper a couple of questions, and as soon as he was going to answer them he got cut off. That seems a little odd to me.

Con: we'll give tax credit for employers and community for daycarespaces. money for family(1200$ each child under 6) for any method of childcare they want. will be taxable in hands of lowest income earning spouse. public daycare 85% of costs by beurocracy

Bloq: daycare in Quebec is good. best program. we're getting 165$ mil. we want deduction for child care fees.

Libs: child care has to give parents choice. more spaces. focus on early learning. we've signed with 10 provinces. we made a new social program. harper wants to get rid of it. harper is not offering child care plans. he's just giving money.

cons: my family was from there. correct fed policies to allow them to keep money from resources, atlantic canada can succeed. (the market will do it if it has a chance) regional strategies. fisheries. no capital gains for fisherman.

NDP: I'm from there too!! too many people are leaving eastern canada. UI doesnt help them. martins takeing it!! more investment for post-secondary. less corp tax cuts, more help forpeople.

Libs: I am too!! this is a rural/urban problem. the cities are doing well. education reachout. better infrastructure. beter roads, retraining.
