Francesco Aquilini has always struck me as a lovely guy.

$48,000 for a computer?!

He said he needs to be able to see more information about the children's education, including whether they are regularly attending class and passing or failing, as well as justification for things like student housing, unexplained breaks from class, airline flights and a $48,000 computer.

The only good news from this is that he may end up selling the team for real. Putting money into this sleazeball's pockets has always been the biggest issue with this team.

It's absolutely unfortunate it took his kids having an awful upbringing and having to bring it into the public forum to get us here.

Same deal with George Gosbee, who once owned the Arizona Coyotes.

If true, and with all 3 kids involved have to think it's very likely, just absolutely sickening behavior

Never understood how any parent could do that to their own children

He doesnt own them though, its the family group and Luigi just put him in charge of the canucks

We got the fredo, while Roberto and paolo did the real work for the company

So I imagine it would likely just move to one of them, unless public pressure ramped up when that suggestion comes up in media

Why would you bring Edwards name into a discussion about someone else's alleged child abuse? Do you think you are being edgy?

Our current economic system rewards psychopathic behaviour.

Our system is so weird. The family court file is supposed to be sealed to protect the children and yet their affidavits are read out loud in court and published in the media.

exactly. If true.
for all we know it could be greedy entitled kids who were brainwashed by a mother that hates her ex.
she is a psychotherapist, after all. who knows what she got the kids to believe.

Yeah... I guess that is possible. I would say extremely unlikely as the kids are all adults now. You can probably trust the statements made by these people, since they are all making the same accusation... pretty unlikely their mother has successfully brainwashed them 10 years after the divorce, and with all the kids being educated adults at this point.

This isn't passing the smell test IMO. This smells like a money grab. Will be interesting to see the games in court play out.

Every reddit post I've read from anyone who has interacted with him says that he's the biggest and most entitled ####### they've ever met.

Was he a a terrible father to his kids too? Probably. Criminal? I guess a judge will decide, but I have my doubts.

I yelled pretty loudly at my 4 year old who drew on our new $4000 couch. Is that 'psychological abuse'?
