And it seems to me
He lived his life
Like a Yandle in the Wind.
Never knowing who his man was
When the puck went in.
And I would’ve liked to sign him,
But I was just a kid.
Keith Yandle sat out long before
Phil Kessel ever did.

I think I already know the answer to this, but does his retirement affect any cap hit from a previous buyout? Probably not, but one can hope.

The guy was never good in his own end but four straight seasons of double digit goals for a defenseman when he was in Arizona is a really solid achievement.

People forget those Coyotes teams were pretty good for a little while. Very deep and consistently great goaltending — Bryzgalov and Smith both at their very best.

Listening to the interview right now, he talks about Huberdeau for a bit and says he's fired up to get started in Calgary
