Yeah, apparently Oilers management seems to think the formula for success is scoring more goals, rather than conceding less goals. Oilers issue isn't offence.

If it’s Puji it’s a pretty lateral move to be honest, but I do like Brown as a player.

I have no idea how they plan on filling out the roster though. They have $16M in space with Smith and Klefbom moved to LTIR

Campbell at $5M
Brown at $3.5M

Leaves $7M to fill 4 forward spots and 3 dmen spots. So a bunch of league minimum signings I guess

Chris Johnston predicted Brown for Puljujarvi a few days ago and I'll bet thats the deal. Would have liked Brown here. If Edmonton can figure out their D, well, that will suck.

Brown makes 3.6 million a year. Hopefully the Sens are not taking any salary back on the deal.
