Default What do you do with your pre-season tickets?

Serious question for STHs: What do you with your pre-season tickets?

What's the typical person who attends these games? Should I offer them to people with little kids? Teen-agers? Donate them?

When I was a STH, we'd just give them away if anyone wanted them. Usually it was someone with a young kid who wouldn't normally get to go to a game at full price.

Yeah I’d usually pick one of the later games to go to then give the rest to family, friends or co-workers

Donating them to KidSport is always a good option

I have four young boys (13, 11, 6 and 2). So would love to take them off anyone's hands that are looking to get rid of them.

I like to take my boys to a game but the cost of regular season tickets is just too high once you factor in parking, food, snacks, etc.

Can't check now, but when the tickets are issued, under managing there should be a donate option.

Fact they charge full freight for pre-season is an absolute joke.

I don't remember, to be honest. Pretty sure I just looked them up online and contacted them. It was easy, I remember that much, but I don't remember the details.

If they didn't, the regular season tickets would simply cost more.

Consider it part of the overall cost.

As a STH, I divided by 41, not 45, giving them zero value

Gave ‘em away

Don’t forget that one of the games is typically a Flames split squad team vs another’s team split squad

Flames make up for this by charging full freight concessions for the preseason too. Lol

How sold out do they normally get? Could you get them at or before the game? Thinking about going to the game on the 28th, but flying in that day too

Yeah, but if you try to sell an in-season game you still end up going face value or lower, so that doesn’t really work out.
