Cale Makar is a Calgary kid that played his youth hockey at Crowchild in the NW. He is genuinely amazing, and wasn't picked #1.
If you're not hate watching the 5-14-6-1 management team go on their well deserved run or moving on with your summer with some golf as the days get long, keep your eye on Av's #8. He's the best player in the league.

Makar cause he played for my hometown Brooks Bandits who are awesome too by the way, just won Centennial Cup b2b. But against the Oilers I'd cheer loudly for a team led by Hitler, with Mussolini and Attilla the Hun on the wings. Go AV's!!!!

We've been subjected to 24/7 of McBaby for years. I don't know if I am going to be able to tolerate an acceleration of the coverage. But I do want to watch the Avs hopefully destroy the pretenders and their older than dirt goalie. Go Avs.

I'm not going to be watching because having to go through 5 games of constant McAvi gushing was hard enough but hopefully the Avs completely embarrass them and no game is even close.

Yes. His dad was working in the Calgary Flames marketing department at the time when Cale Hulse was playing.
