Woah, that's huge news. Whatever you think of him as an owner, that's a human being who just lost a battle with an "illness" (read as cancer?). Only 62, which is quite young these days. This will send a shockwave through the league.

I know the Senators Fan Base has had a real polarizing last few years but I hope they remember all the good Melnyk did for the team before they start getting nasty with their comments.
