Default Darryl Sutter on World Down Syndrome Day

Darryl doesn't just make you proud of being a Flames fan, but he makes me proud to be from Alberta. When people think of Alberta, I would hope they think of the type of person Sutter is.

Too bad most people do not know this side of him. Deep down he is not what people think he is.

I was just watching this and it's a good interview. Darryl's a good guy.

He paused his coaching career for a number of years to help care for his infant son.

Darryl is a true role model. Places family first and is such a huge advocate for this important cause. Flames are lucky to have good people like him as part of the organization and community.

There still isn't a day that goes by over the last year I don't think about my uncle Joey Moss and how much of a gift he was to my family's lives as well of the sports world. Once viewed as a curse can only be described as a blessing to anyone who has the privilege of spending time with these treasures.

I can only hope to have the opportunity to meet Chris one day
