A heartbreaking loss for the Habs as the BJs win 2-1 in regulation time. Laine scores a power play goal with eight seconds left in the third period with Petrie sitting in the sin bin. Montembault was much better in net this time unlike two weeks ago against the BJs.


The Red Wings sweep the home/away series against the Flyers.

The Canucks lead 2-0! It is brutal that this game is on at the wrong time.

Yet it would be wayyyy lower ratings nationally to have it that way.

10 PM start in the East makes for 100's of thousands fewer eyeballs of Leaf fans

A pair of power play goals by the stinkin' Leafs ties the game. Lammikko scores a late second period goal to give the Canucks the lead again. It is 3-2 midway through the third period. Demko is the reason the Canucks are winning.

50 shots for Toronto in this game. Demko has been good, but there have been a tonne of missed passes and shots.
