Well, as pumped as we are from last night's win, we gotta get back on the couch tonight to cheer against Arizona. Here's hoping for non-nailbiter:

Interesting goalie choice. Markstrom got some rest. I think the Sutter switch was about kicking the team’s ass (though Markstrom wasn’t at his best). Vladar played fine, though, the team really started to push and while he was solid, it wasn’t like he stood on his head. But Vladar was the winner and needs a start at some point.

We got this in the bag fam, its my birthday today.

And Darryl always says its a 3-2 league... so 3-2 for the good guys... and then we trade for Hot Dog Phil after the game just for good measure.

Have a big insect feast prepared for the frog tonight so he has a full belly for game time. These are games you have to bag the easy 2 points, GFG!

Excited to see what the boys are able to do tonight. Such an epic comeback against the Stars. Hopefully they can keep the momentum going. I was hoping that the Ritchie experiment on the third line is done, but the 4th line looked good. Ideally no tampering with that for tonight.

I’ll be flipping between Canada’s game and the Flames game. An Eastern time zone game would have been ideal.

Markstrom's game log is almost comical at this point.

Since the Covid break, he has started all 11 games. In 6 of those games, his GAA is 4.00 or more. In the other 5 games, it's 1.00 or less.

Obviously it's not just all on him, but it's not something you would normally see out of a top-tier goalie.

Hoping to see vladar tonight. Would love to go into the break on a little winning streak and explicitly above the playoff cutoff (regardless of point %), and have the oilers whining about a loss at the same time.

Also, Go Canada tonight!

I am not sure which way they go in net. Markstrom got some rest which made me think they want to start him again. Team doesn’t play for a week so it is a toss up.

Huge game that this team needs to get the 2 points and sit in a playoff spot at the break

I'd be shocked if Vladar isn't starting and wasn't penciled in to be the starter before the week even started.

It's Arizona so it's a good chance for him to get some confidence and he only made five saves so it's not like he's tired.

He has 7 shutouts. His record when letting in a goal this season is 9-10-5

Given the impromptu rest, I'd be surprised if it isn't Markstrom who starts. Feels like whenever we see an early pull the 1st game of a B2B the starter gets his net back the next night. Still, I'd personally rather see Vladar.

Yotes had a big win last night. Back to Earth for them. Flames win.

It’s gonna be whoever Sutter planned before. The switch last night will have no bearing, IMO.

Arizona literally just beat Colorado.

There are no free points out there, but this is 2 the Flames have to have.

It's wasn't an early pull...wasn't even a pull really it was a classic fire up the team move for the third period.

If Markstrom allowed a bunch of goals and was pulled in the 1st I would agree.

I think Vladar starts, I don't really think it matters if the Flames come to play though.

Well, you'd hope they beat Arizona, but anything is possible in this league.

This is gonna be a pretty jersey matchup.

At least both teams played last night with travel, so that is fair. Get the two points boys. Go Flames!
