Korpisalo stands on his head to steal a victory for the Canucks but the moral victory goes to the plucky sunshine cats. Points in 6 straight.

A balanced attack vs the Penguins with all 3 lines producing.

I wouldn't want to be face Elias Pettersson on the 3rd line, and that's exactly what poor Chris Tierney's line (-4) had to go up against today...thoughts and prayers to them and their families.

Goals for everyone in San Jose!

3 Stars
1 - Brandon Tanev (SAN)
2 - Mikael Granlund (SAN)
3 - Elias Pettersson (SAN)

Leafs outshot us 20-6 after 20 mins but then the wheels fell off. The second period saw our offense quickly expose an overworked, double-shifted Nick Leddy, (who logged almost 27 minutes TOI) and left him with nothing to show but a -3 rating and broken dreams while also chasing sleepy Jack Campbell from his net mid way through the period.

We have 2 nights off to rest and then head into a dreaded stretch of 4 games in 4 nights.

Couturier isn’t at a 100% yet, but he is going to be dressing for the Lightning. Going with new look lineup, because why not?
