1. I don't think they look similar at all...totally different looking people.
2. Mr Pink in reservoir dogs was played by Steve Buscemi. Michael Madsen played Mr Blonde.

Of course, Saving Private Ryan was an awesome movie, and Sizemore had a pretty important role in that. That may be the Spielberg effect; he also got a great performance out of Vin Diesel as well.
