It has been an entertaining first period so far in Minnesota. The Red Wings had an early 2-0 lead just four minutes into the game. The Wild quickly came back to tie it in about the same amount of time. Matt Boldy has two points for the Wild.

Kaprizov scores the go ahead goal, 3-2 Wild in the second period.

It is scoreless after twenty minutes in the Blackhawks-Jets game.

The stinkin' Leafs are all over the Kraken, 3-1 after twenty minutes.

Boldy with his second goal of the game, 4-2 Wild late in the second period. Zuccarello has three assists!

Kane from Dach and McCabe to open the scoring in Winnepeg. Jet have had better chances, so far, but a lot of fumbling and bouncing pucks, along with Fleury, have stymied them.

According to Louis DeBrusk if you are a large man you should be allowed to interfere on othe players with impunity.
