AutoCAD or other help

I'm looking into building my daughter a tack box for her horse shows and wondering if someone with experience can take my hand drawing and make more professional drawing and material list.

I have all the measurements on the drawing and can scan and email it.

not sure if Autocad is the right program or not for something like this.
