Default Huge Deal In The Nhl!!!!

Just in Joe Thornton was traded from the Bruins to the Sharks for Marco Sturm, Brad Stuart , and Wayne Primeau!!!

Now that is a unexpected deal!!

Wow, im not even sure what to say. Thorton is by far the best player but it actually seems fairly even.

Seems like a pretty good deal for both teams. Stuart and Sturm have been in rumours for a while and the Sharks needed to shake things up to start playing well. Getting maybe the best player in the league is a pretty good shake up.

As for Boston, they needed a defenseman bad and Stuart is really solid. Sturm has talent. I think this deal will help both teams a lot, this season and beyond.

Well San Jose gets the superstar, and still has a lot of cap space to plug the holes left by Primeau and Stuart. Really surprised to see Thornton moved after just signing a new long term deal in the summer.

Plus Thornton is "sim friendly".
