Default Game 6 - Flames vs Stars - 8:30 MST

Just win Flames!! Biggest 2 points of the season!

Johnny Hockey Hat-Trick; say it enough times and like Beetlejuice it will happen!

5-2 for the good guys; screw you Perry, Benn and Radulov, I can’t stand the stars!

Do I stay up late to watch even though I have very little faith and have to be up at 5:30am...?

Of course I do. Go Flames! Take it to 7!

The odds and Flames history are not on their side but that also means there's an opportunity for this group to be different. This could be the last hurrah for Monahan and Gaudreau as a pairing so if there was ever a time for them to recapture the magic it's tonight. Could also be the last game for Brodie, Talbot, Ward and a few others so lets hope they want this more than the Stars who have started to show more desire to win this series.

Don't have a lot of optimism (as a lifelong Flames fan) but still going to watch and enjoy a hockey game tonight.

I fully expect lazy plays left and right. A glimpse of amazing-ness within the last couple minutes and then stunned faces and handshakes.

It's up to the Flames to prove me wrong.

Never give up never surrender. Would be a huge boost if Tkachuk was cleared to play for this game. Sucks the Flames lost their best player through a large chunk of the series.

Biggest game this core has ever had. They need to win 2 to have a chance they can stay together. I think Ward needs to win to secure his future with the team.

Ward says it is not about X’s and O’s and it is all about wanting it more and winning all the battles. We will see if all the adversity this team has faced will pay off.

The rational fan in me thinks this team is done but the die hard fan in me thinks we win the series. Go Flames Go

Might as well win. They've tried losing up until now and it hasn't gone well for them. Let's see what it looks like on the other side!

4-1 Flames.

Bennett
Bennett
Perry
Gaudreau (PP)
Ryan (EN)

Sam Bennett will win the Conn Smythe.

You guys think that the Flames losing would be the Flames thing to do, but you're all wrong.

The Flames thing to do will be to win game 6 by dominating the play most of the game with glimpses of brilliance, giving us hope that game 7 just has to be more of the same and that the team has found their mojo.

Then, and only then, do the Flames deliver Flames play - by disappointing us with a game 7 that lacks urgency, spirit, and any points by the first line.

Ya'll rookies can't see this coming?

I welcome two wins though, it would be just splendid to be crushed by Vegas!
