Default Bill Peters Tests Positive for COVID-19 in Russia

Information is scarce but confirmed. Bill Peters - Head Coach of "Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg" KHL team - tested positive for COVID-19 during a friendly exhibition game/tournament with another KHL team ("Sibir"), which had 11 confirmed cases in one day. Both teams and coaching staff are in full quarantine with all exhibition games cancelled. Peters is asymptomatic according to the news release. German Titov and Perry Pearn are Assistant Coaches of Avtomobilist. No other news or updates are available at this time.

Hope he comes through it OK. That’s a long way from home to get sick with Covid.

Internet gurus, save all your witty comments and GIFs. Yeah, he seems like a bad coach and not the nicest guy. But still, this is ####ty news and everyone should just hope he comes through it unscathed, like we should for anyone who gets infected.

Except Trump and Kenney...screw those guys, amirite?
