Pat Stapleton passed away today

I so remember Pat Stapleton and his long time blueline partner Bill White. They were perennial 2nd team all stars when Orr and Park were playing. Maybe as good a pairing as ever played and they played together in the 72 Summit series. Stapleton was the "Mutt" to Whites "Jeff".

He was the coach of the Strathroy Rockets when I played for the Petrolia Jets many, many years ago.
