Provonov scored, 4-2 Flyers.
The Capitals have four consecutive penalties called against them.

Laughton scores ro make it 5-2 Flyers. It was a pass that ended up going off Orlov's skate and in.

The Ducks scored first and then the Avalanche quickly tied it up at 1-1. The Flyers won and are just one point back of the Capitals.

It is nice to have the majority of games in Pacific and Mountain prime time!

The Ducks and Avalanche are tied at 2-2 after twenty minutes. Landeskog has two points.

Just saw Hall crashed into Demko and hit him in the calf / ankle area with his skate, blade first. Scary collision. Looked hurt initially too, but seems ok.

It has been Miller time as the Ducks and Avalanche are tied 3-3 in overtime. Great saves by Miller.

Awesome. The Canucks had a dog race on the ice in the second intermission.

Honestly, the Canucks making the playoffs would probably be good for everyone else who makes the playoffs. There's no way a team this mentally weak would be a tough out.

Two weeks ago who thought that the Canucks could miss the playoffs? They have now lost four straight games and are hanging by a thread.

Now if only the horseshoe could fall out of the Oilers' ass and join them on a freefall.

Well some of those posts proclaiming they would be fine with Demko starting certainly haven't aged well. If anything Markstrom's negotiating leverage keeps going up with every loss.

Losing streaks this time of the year in a tight race can be fatal. It's why the Flames need to keep winning and can't afford to lose multiple games in a row.
