Simpson and Hughston + Oake for Heritage Classic.
After Hours guest: Paul Maurice.
And Dave Randorf's about to narrate a Leafs game. His first in forever, I guess?

I know this is an unpopular opinion around here, but Hughson is easily my favorite play by play commentator. Rick Ball is a close second. It'll be cool to watch him call the game and (hopefully) be unbiased.

I think a lot of people really like Hughson. Just not when he's doing Nuck games.

Good God/Allah/Elvis/Buddah! My guys flat out suck. I don't expect Colliton to last the season. The game against Philly the other night was an embarrassment, as was today's exhibition against the 'Caines. Both the PK and PP are horrific.
I do blame Bowman, more than Colliton, but, in any case, a 2-5-2 start, with only two of those games being on the road, 10 % PP and 70% PK, should put all on the hot seat.
Looking at the schedule, the lack of speed at D, and the amount of unknowns on O, after the top line, doesn't bode well in Chicago, for anyone below the position of the Owner, and I don't expect much patience, as the fans become disgusted with the on-ice product.

Yes, it has been a while for Randorf calling a Leafs game. The Leafs-Habs game has Randorf with Garry Galley and Kyle Bukauskas.

The Blues-Bruins game announcers are Mike Emrick, Mike Milbury, and Brian Boucher.

Chicago is really oddly built. The only RH D seems to be Seabrook, and he should have been dealt to Edmonton before the season even started. Has there ever been a team iced with absolutely no RH D before?

The Blackhawks have only scored two goals in the last three games. They lost today to the Hurricanes 4-0. Svechnikov with two goals and the Hurricanes had perfect penalty killing and power play.

Dave Randorf has the most brutal play by play voice in sports.
