That PLD and Keumper trade seems to have worked out well for both teams. Looking like Keumper will be the guy whom the Oilers victimize with 5 plus goals a game in the first round matchup in April of 2025.

Taylor Hall had just cut in, the puck was available for the trailer but Marky pushed his right skate out to kick the rebound shot in to the corner

There were no further stoppages in play so they didn’t show a replay, but it was something else

Washington has been the biggest surprise for me this season. I looked at what they were doing during the offseason and was thinking WTF? but they keep on finding ways to win.

All of a sudden the hockey gods are shining on that turd of a franchise again. The luck they had in that first period. I think Vegas hit four posts and Vegas should have had a shorthanded goal o. A 2 on 1 but of course the Vegas player fans with a gaping net in front of him.

The weak calls and timing of PPs is game management induced by the league. Two years in a row the Oilers show they can’t stand on their own two feet and the league has to manage trying to get Mavi’s dog a Stanley Cup collar.

Yup but there is no concerted effort by the league to get the Oilers over the top. It’s what I keep hearing. League is a joke, the WWE has less predictability.
