Default Recommendations for a personal trainer?

I'm looking for suggestions for a personal trainer. My employer will cover the cost, so I need someone who's AFLCA certified and can issue tax receipts.

I'm nearing 50 and want to take steps now to increase and preserve my balance, flexibility, bone-density, and muscle mass. I've had some back-to-back illnesses over the last year, and my overall physical fitness has suffered as a result. I've recovered, but I feel weak, out of breath, inflexible, unsteady on the pins, and incapable of doing a single pull up or push up. I don't want to become an athlete - I just want to build and maintain a decent amount of strength, stamina and functional fitness.

It's really imporant for me to find a trainer who is willing to keep it to the exercise part only and not go veering off into diet, weight-loss, supplements or nutrition-advice.

I'd prefer to do my work outs in my own home with my own gear.

If the CP collective has any suggestions - I'd very much appreciate it!
