Waiver wire before TDL: Stempniak, Wilcox, Driedger, Gryba, Smith (not Flames Smith)
roster limits are lifted at midnight tonight
any player not on the AHL roster at the deadline tomorrow at 3pm is ineligible to be sent down for the rest of the season (unless they are up for a few special scenarios)

Lee Stempniak is on waivers today, meaning BOS has signed him

I thought it said TSN put Dregger on waivers.

He really hasn't been. He signed a PTO last week with Providence to audition for a contract with the Bruins. He played 4 games in the AHL and had 4 points, so that must have been good enough for the Bruins to give him a deal.
Those 4 games are all he has played this season.

Oilers could almost build an NHL roster by acquiring these guys. Would be a huge improvement for them.
