Default January 8 with eleven games.

It is a very busy Tuesday OOT with eight western conference teams in action, six of them in a playoff position.

Oh nice, I didn't realize we get Colorado on a back to back.

Grubauer is playing so we'll get Varlamov.

Starting with yesterday's game, the Flames have four games in a row where their opponent will have played the night before.

Now we sit back and wait for Oiler fans to complain that we have a soft schedule.

I thought Varlamov was injured? If he is we'll probably see Francouz or they play Grubauer again

Hope Varlamov suffers a little PTSD from his last time in Calgary.

Top to bottom, Jets might be the most skilled team in the league.

I can agree that they're certainly up there. I would also lump Tampa Bay, Nashville, and the Flames (bias and because they are actually that awesome) into that conversation this year.

Shots 41-21 for the Avs yet the Jets are winning 7-4 on some brutal goaltending. Where have I seen this before.

Except for the fact that the Oilers are AGAIN tonight playing another team that is on the back half of a back to back. The Flames schedule is nowhere near as soft as the Coilers.

I can't do it. Go Sharks. I won't be angry if the Oilers win though.

Off Larsson's skate, then Jones' skate and in.

I want SJ to lose, but that was pure entertainment!

Looks like the Oilers are going to follow up the 'situationally motivated' win with the also predictable 'self-satisfied bed ####ting'.
