Someone asked why reds in the GDT thread. I believe it's because the NHL is doing a retro theme for cancer over the past week or so. It goes along with the baby blue blazers they wore during HNIC.

No, don't think so.
Either Vegas or Coyotes wanted to wear white at home, change it up to the home crowd so they Flames obliged bringing their reds. Since it's just a two game road trip it's easily done. Flames just ask the other team to wear white at home, which is easy for them.
Hopefully the Flames do that at least once, nice to see the white uniforms a couple times now and then at home.

Back in the day, Road teams wore the dark jerseys. Homes were whites.
