RIP Steve Soto (Adolescents, Agent Orange, Manic Hispanic)
Steve Soto died in his sleep last night. I was a huge Adolescents and Agent Orange fan but his work with his side projects like his cover bands Manic Hispanic (RIP Gabby) and Flock of Goo Goo were fantastic.
His record "Songs about Girls and Earthquakes" is fantastic. Check it out.
Sad news. That first Adolescents album has held up well through the years. Here is a video of Steve and the band playing a free gig at Amoeba Records Hollywood in 2015. They ended their set with "Amoeba", of course.
