It appears that Jake Gardiner has been pulled from the Leafs' game.

@FriedgeHNIC
Stand down on the Gardiner trade theories...hearing it is an injury, just trying to figure out where it happened

All this talk about TO and its talent at forward...their goaltender is why they are where they are, otherwise they would be another Oilers

For sure. I agree with you. Should be a Vezina finalist.

I received an email from a friend saying that it was the first time in fifty years that a team has had fifty shots in three consecutive games! Kadri scores a hattrick and the Leafs win 6-3.

Both starting goalies are not playing well. Markstrom was pulled after the first period. Neilsson has faced just two shots in the second period.

The OOT game of significance has Colorado leading 1-0 early in the third period. Soderberg scored for the Avalanche with four minutes left in the second period. Niemi and Varlamov are the goalies and the Habs are out shooting the Avalanche 32-20.

Kerfoot scores with three minutes left in the third period and the Avlanche win 2-0. Varlamov faces 43 shots and gets the shutout. Colorado is now tied with the Flames in the conference standings, both teams just one point ahead of the Ducks and Kings.

Marner and Kadri lighting teams up.

Kadri has gotta have one of the most team friendly contracts in the league. Him and Marner have great chemistry.
