Some very strong rumours coming from Ottawa of Justin Trudeau being involved in a scandal to do with the #metoo movement. Are the sunnyways days over?

Well if it's actual #metoo stuff it would be worse. Nothing wrong with a dude being gay other than being a hypocrite. This, depending on the nature, could be much much worse.

I dunno, I think a closeted gay may aggressively attempting to deny rights for gay people is worse. I just see parallels from a "thou doth protest too much" standpoint.

I have a hard time believing Trudeau would be involved in something like this unless it happened well before his political career began. He's constantly in the international spotlight of virtue signaling, progressive world leaders and I don't think he'd be dumb enough to put himself in this situation.

I do and I don't, usually the biggest paragon's of virtue are the biggest hypocrites because they believe they will never get caught.

I'm not saying that Trudeau has done anything at this point. But I don't believe that a person that appears virtuous is always virtuous, often they're just a well crafted persona.

I don't think anyone would worry, from my understanding, Prime Ministers have a department who's only job is to jump on grenades for him.

I guess I don't here was a guy that talked alot about open and transparent governing, and yet he's been caught in how many things so far?

Take it for what it may be worth but I have heard that when Trudeau was living on the west coast he was a ladies man of mega proportions. Young, handsome, wealthy, powerful and with a healthy dose of ego sounds about like the perfect recipe for what the standard of the #metoo movement has shown. I wouldn't be shocked or anything if some young women came forward with a story to tell.

Like I said earlier, I have zero first-hand knowledge of anything other than some convo's people have had and some eye-rolling with some of the public persona vs first-hand behavior witnessed.
