Completely agree with your assessment of Janko, Bingo. Hrudey even mentioned it on the SNW broadcast. He made several strong defensive plays, outmuscling his opponent. He seems to be developing more confidence holding onto and skating with the puck as well. Super satisfied about his current play and very excited about his future!

Jankowski's emergence definitely does not make Backlund expendable, but I believe it may cement Sam Bennett as a winger moving forward.
