I made a number of trades over the off season with the idea that if Buffalo didn't start out well, I'd blow things up and try again the next year. Low and behold, the Sabres sit in 1st place in the east and that has really tied my hands in terms of making personnel moves. Hell, we won 11 in a row so I barely touched the lineup at all other than moving the goalie from starter to backup depending on CON.

The one guy I'd probably move is Spezza C/RW 73OV. He's a good sim player but for me, when I don't have a lot of injured centers, he plays on the 3rd line as a RW. It's a good problem to have but I could probably turn him into something more valuable to me in the right deal. Of course then I'd be sacrificing depth and wishing I had a guy like Spezza to plug into my lineup ha ha.

Pens are in the market for a top 6 LW - Nick Schmaltz is the main piece being discussed in talks.

Oilers have been one of the busiest teams as of late making many deals in the past few months. Still would be open to anything but not shopping around anyone specific. If anyone sees anyone they like on our roster shoot me a pm. Team is doing well so not outright looking to make a deal.

Columbus have been looking at upgrading the 3rd line wingers but have very little to nothing to offer. We are not a fan of Berniers play this season and think he stinks but we’re stuck with him. Also looking at upgrading our center at the fourth line but not really necessary. But all in all we’re happy with what we have as Crosby is doing good and is well protected and our second line is solid as anyone else’s. Merry Christmas guys!!
