Default Flames fans in Toronto

How many of you guys are out in Toronto suffering like I am?

If anyone would be keen to catch a game one night let me know, I have had enough of watching hockey with Leafs fans.

I'm in Toronto too! I don't know what's worse. Hearing about McDavid or Mathews all the time haha.

I'm here too, seeing the Calgary game on December 6th, will be wearing my Tkachuk jersey if it comes in on time! Live in a house of Leaf fans (and one Hawks fan) and I never hear the end of "Austin is so good" "Mathews' is gonna win the cup for us", it is so annoying!

I find myself watching most the games and I honestly hate how lucky they are and how it seems every call goes their way.

I’m in Oakville and I’d be interested assuming I don’t have kids activities to deal with.

I live downtown, and will definitely be at the game on Dec 6 in Flames red! Hopefully things go better this year at the ACC.

Heyy! @ Number 39, I live here too!

I'm thinking about getting a suit that is covered in the flaming C and wearing it on the December 6th Game, good or bad idea?

I'm in Toronto too and would be interested. It can be down right unbearable sometimes out here with how well that team is doing, but I always try and remind myself that as annoying as it is, its better than hearing about the oilers and mcdavid.

I'm still considering whether or not to go December 6th. I've been to 4 or 5 Flames games at the ACC in the last 7 years and they've never won. Plus tickets are a rip off now that the leafs are decent.

Nov 15th the Flames are in Detroit, those are the games I always go to as they are much cheaper although with the new arena they might be more pricey. Last few years I went I was able to get 2 seats a few rows back from the visitors bench for $120 U.S.

Here is a guy selling two seats for that game on Kijiji for $110.00

I'm just hoping we have everything pretty much under control, steady lines, Janko in, and being consistent and that the Leafs have cooled down from their yearly hot start and cold rest of the season. First leafs/flames game is Nov 28th

I'm here too.

Man the acc has been unkind to the flames. I still remember being there when Sundin scored that OT winner on kipper.

I'm in the GTA

I think I've been to the last 3 or 4 Flames games at the ACC; believe they lost all of them

Yep last year Nylander and JVR needed to get traded to NYI for Tavares and Marner was better than Gaudreau and now Nylander and Matthews are the best duo in the league and Marner could be dealt in a ‘package for Tavares’

Insufferable.

I’ve been to two at the ACC - bought crappy seats without realizing and would have had to see the ‘oronto aple eafs’ but luckily had my seats switched free of charge ... still lost 5-2.

And last years 4-0 humility... that was the losing streak that ended up turning the season around on a train trip from Montreal to Ottawa though so there’s that

My bday is December 9th and the Dec 6th game will be my bday gift!

I am in Burlington and usually go to the Buffalo and Toronto games.

Paid face value (~$100 US) in Buffalo last year for seats 9 rows behind Flames bench as soon as tickets were released (kids and I were on tv about 4 times that night). Happened to check StubHub day of game and found the tickets right next to mine for $50. Planning on going StubHub route this year.

Ugh, I too was at that game. They replayed that highlight every Saturday night on HNIC for weeks afterwards too!

@Wyguy - You may get mocked by the locals but I cant imagine you would have any issues. Not much of a perceived rivalry with the Flames here......unless we meet in the finals Nice to meet another Flames fan in Oakville.

At one of the first Flames - Laffs game I went to after moving here the Flames were crushing them 7 - 0 going into the third and the place (old MLG) was so quite we could hear some fan yell out "Hey Dougie - pull the goalie - give us a chance!" - ahh the good old days.

My last game at the ACC Jokinen scored in OT. I have tickets to the Dec. game - hoping for a solid win.
