A little old. I'm still relatively new here, haven't shared much. Thought you guys might get a kick out of this. I've seen plenty of fights downtown, some serious, most pathetic.
Can you shake the camera more next time?

sorry can't click.
maybe it's age talking but I don't see the appeal in watching people fight, let alone recording them and having a collection.
how would you feel if you recorded a fight and someone ended up getting seriously hurt and/or died? would you feel bad you recorded it and watched it for entertainment? or does that sort of thing just roll off?

I've witnessed a few fights while waiting for trains downtown or just walking the streets. Most of them are pretty hilarious. Angry people being dumb for no reason. I like the free entertainment.
That one is ridiculous though with that guy punching woman. Hopefully the cops got him.

Crackmacs, fight videos and stories is how you originally (or supposedly) came to be a local Twitter hero, I have perused your YouTube channel a few times haha

I imagine he'd show it to the police not jerk off to it.

Called the cops about half way through this one, they showed up rather quickly but the dudebros scattered. Nobody caught far as I know.

didn't say he was going to. , just don't understand the appeal of recording and sharing violent acts, even if some of them end up more pathetic than violent.

Watching two people that don't know how to fight go at it is one of the funniest things you can watch

I've provided police with evidence many different times, including when someone was murdered in Century Gardens. My video wasn't relevant, but they did catch that guy eventually.
I can't remember if the cops wanted this video. I don't think so. I of course did offer it up.
Sometimes life downtown is amusing, sometimes not. This is probably the tamest fight video I've recorded. Looked chaotic but it was just morons getting a couple cheap shots in.
How would I feel if someone recorded myself or my family in this kind of situation? I would be happy someone got it on video.

Really? You don't understand the appeal of boxing, MMA, karate movies, war movies, etc.? Not liking them I can get, but surely it's not difficult to understand the appeal of watching violence.

I understand the appeal of movies and structured events such as MMA.
I also find there is a difference between those and street fights/ random acts of violence.
I don't understand the enjoyment people find in street violence.
obviously not all fights and beating are hilarious and lame.
just like the difference in a movie killing and those websites that collect videos of people being killed. you can't say "same thing, bro"
