Default Friend killed by a drunk driver

I don't normally post stuff like this, but for #### sakes people, DON'T Drink and Drive.

Killed on his way home from playing hockey by an idiot who has been charged. Multiple lives ruined, and for what? Leaves behind a wife and two children.

A page has been set up to help his family out.

RIP Greg.

That is so terrible, what a total waste.

Drinking and driving is one of the stupidest things people can do

Really sorry to hear about this happening. Its hard to look at family pictures and imagine what's been taken from them.

There's no excuse for Drunk Driving, he might as well have pulled a gun and shot your friend.

as a child whose dad was a victim killed in a drunk driving accident I can tell you those kids will never understand why the person drove drunk.

I have grave concerns that we will see more stories like this once MJ is legalized.

Unbelievably, I also just learned a childhood friend passed away this week as well. They say bad things come in threes, let's hope they're wrong.

sorry to hear this. Condolences to his family and friends.

drink&drive is sickening. My brother, a friend and I had an accident a few years ago that was caused by a drunk driver, luckily we all came away unharmed. Was pretty upset to learn that the drunk driver got her license back quite shortly after the accident ... those people should not be allowed to drive a vehicle again.

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your friends this week StrykerSteve.

I have not lost anyone to a drunk driver yet, but my kids are now the age to be out and about in the twilight hours, and it keeps me awake sometimes knowing the idiots are out there. My son, who values sleep more than anyone, is great at getting out of bed and picking friends up to take them home when they call. I am pretty impressed with his circle of friends as they seem to watch out for each other that way. I hope that trend is something that can grow.
