I don't know if it was the hardest hit, but Ferland on Seguin early this year was brutal. It wasn't flashy and Seguin didn't go head over heels, but you could see the pain in his face when he got stapled and compressed into the boards.

Ferland. Like someone above said, not always the big flashy TV replay hits, though he has his share of those too, but you see the pain he inflicts on dudes when he hits them.
