Pickup basketball

Funny how my first post on a hockey forum is about basketball...

but anyways, I was wondering if anyone here knows of a group of people who get together and play some non-competitive pickup basketball?

I'm starting to do this thing called 'exercising' - apparently, it's good for your health - and I want to find some people who play in the SE Bonavista area who play for fun (and won't try to Marchment someone's knees when driving to the hoop).

This forum has been one extreme time-sucker/productivity killer at work...

in the summer jus get a bball from the guard and people will join you, trsut me. Also call the LBCA ( Lake Bonavista Community Association )for info.

I live in in Forest Lawn, but down here we play for keeps. Stuff you see in those And1 mixtapes you'll see it attempted non-stop around here. We might look like jackasses but it does'nt matter, cause we play for keeps. B-)

Guess that explains your alias.

You could just get a couple friends and head down to the Village Square or any where that has drop in basketball. You'll find a game there, guaranteed.
