Weird delay in the Habs/Caps game after a hot-dog-sized piece of the boards breaks off literally at ice level behind the net on the bottom yellow part.A bunch of egg council creeps fixed it eventually.

Flyers and Kings at the end of 2, still 0-0.
Neuvirth is really keeping the Flyers in this one, But both teams have had quality chances. Doughty is a pleasure to watch, what a hockey player. Also, the Flyers announcers are calling a pretty good game I'd say.

Preview for Rogers hometown hockey tomorrow from Edmonton. Looks like that will be a huge barf fest. Highlights of 30 year old Stanley Cups for everyone and hours of the Oilers organization patting themselves on the back again despite doing sweet #### all over the last decade. Gawd I hope Montreal pulverizes them tomorrow!!!

Flyers and Kings are headed to overtime, still 0-0. One thing I hate about the loser point is out of conference games that are tied with 5 minutes left turn into keep away with no aggression or offensive chances.
I'm happy for Jerome, 6 goals and 6 assists mid way through the season at 39 is an amazing accomplishment, especially considering how awful the Ave's are.
What a joke. I can see we've hit that part of the season where literally every game that concerns the Flames screws us. That's why it's so important to be safely in the playoffs after Christmas, it's nearly impossible to make up ground on other teams.
It's going to be a tough five day break this week for Flames fans, as we watch every game in hand get eaten up with wins for the teams around us.
