Meh, coin flip game. Flames were overall the better team I think, not getting bounces. Ran out of gas in OT. Johnny in a rut at the moment. That's what it came down to.

Really not much for Oiler folks to brag about, given that they were the rested team. McDavid was largely shut down until the ice opened up and Flames no longer had their legs.

Refs suck.

It's getting more and more difficult watching us get late penalties in close games moments after someone's tackled / draped themselves all over one of our players.

That late penalty in this game was a joke, as was when Gaudreau got tackled behind the net just before that. As was when Eberle mugged Brodie in OT.

Just embarrassing to watch at this point.

Elliott played great. Unfortunate that they couldn't get him the win.

Sucks to lose but happy with the overall effort. Flames did seem to be the better team tonight but alas it goes to the skills competition. I honestly can't say that the flames "lost"

Lots of positives to take out of that game. Could have gone either way, Elliott was very good, and Wideman played a great game.

Way to go, Brian Elliott. Had an absolutely terrific game. Awesome to see.

Good effort by the Flames, nailed a couple posts that would have been the difference.

Hope we crush them a week from now.

Good effort. Too bad about the result. Not too upset with the boys tonight.

Scoring goals would be nice. Thought they were the better team and Elliott looked good tonight (excluding the shootout). Gotta put pucks in the net. 3 posts is frustrating.

Bennett needs to pick it up big time.

A good game ruined by the anticlimactic shootout. Edmonton Horseshoes strike again. Flames deserved 2 instead of 1(which I will take, as it is better than 0 and having the Oilers ahead by more. Still within striking distance). Refs continue be horrendous.
