Flames only qualify 4 players. 9 go to UFA on July 1st (incl Jooris, Colborne, Ortio)

News Updateon 960 Treliving says they will continue to negotiate with Jooris, Colborne and Ortio
cites arbitration as a big reason not to qualify

Wow, no Ortio and Colborne? Surprising. Either they want to get those guys signed to less than their QO or they have something up their sleeve in FA and trades.
Interesting times. Not surprised about Agostino but man does that Iginla trade look bad now. All we have left to show is Klimchuk, who may find himself in the same situation in a year or two.

Treliving on Fan says Colborne, Ortio and Jooris - negotiations will continue. Seems to be to avoid arbitration.
