Would it have to do with the "redefining " of Amazon prime in Canada to include video streaming?
(I just asked about it in the "cutting the cord" thread)

Looks to me like "Priority Shipping" (1-day), is still $3.99 per item. It's been like that for a while now though, no?

Could it have been a temporary Black Friday slow down removal?
And I thought you had to pay for 1 day shipping?

Just checked on the app. I don't have the option for 1-day shipping.
Odd, as I did (at 3.99/item) last week.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone till volume drops a bit. I ordered some stuff on Cyber Monday and it took longer than normal for them to ship, probably due to volume. The items were shipped overnight vs leaving the warehouse the same day and taking 2 days to ship.

I prefer 2-day shipping because then I get to play the "where did Intelcom hide the package this time" game.

Haha so true. They've left packages in the most random places.

They should remove the two-day shipping as well. Package I ordered the afternoon of the 29th is still being "prepared to ship" and should arrive by tomorrow evening. That's not two days, dammit.

All my black Friday stuff was supposed to arrive Tuesday... still haven't gotten it.
On a related note, they rolled out same day shipping for Vancouver and Toronto.

I lost my mind on Intelcom just the other day they lied and scanned a package as being out for delivery than a minute later wrote on Amazon and said it was delivered when I didn't get it at all lol. So no Final Fantasy 15 for me.

This is happening to me right now with Intelcom. "Guaranteed" delivery yesterday, it said it was in Calgary yesterday morning as well. Have yet to see the package.
Who the #### is Intelcom anyway? Some third rate courier when UPS/Canada Post are backed up?

I used plain free shipping for an order I made on Nov 24. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 2. It arrived Nov 29.

We had to meet an intelcom driver at a gas station for a delivery as he kept claiming he couldn't find our address and his GPS had taken him into a ditch.
edit- just went through my phone to see if I still had the VM of him explaining this. I do remember his delivery attempts were after 9pm as well.

Oh man thank god the intelecom guy that always delivers my packages is competent.
My last package came from Canada Post though, but it came from out east. All of my intelecom stuff has shipped from Calgary.

They only use Intelcom for in-City deliveries in my experience. I'm surprised at the breadth of items coming from the local warehouse (or they are good at getting things brought in next-day from the larger fufilment centres).

I've noticed that things used to ship same day or next day but then would take 3-4 days to arrive from Mississauga.
Now they take 4 days to ship but arrive next day from Intelecom and they show as shipping from Calgary.
I feel like there is no way the warehouse in calgary is that big. They just send it here first and ship local with intelecom to save money.
