Actress Florence Henderson has died at age 82. She went from Broadway star to TV icon when she became Carol Brady, mom on the "The Brady Bunch."

She was a actress with a great sense of humor. She was one of the actors that did the famous opening credit cameos on the Leslie Neilson Police Squad credits where they would murder a special guest star.
