I'd just like to point out that today is the greatest day of the year. More so this year than others, because of "The Pickleing" during the Flames broadcast recently.
The feed for a game started skipping, and the commentator repeated a word that sounded like "pickle pickle pickle pickle". I can't remember the game, but maybe someone has the video saved.
Just out of curiosity, why does the term "pickle" refer to pickled cucumbers only? What about pickled peppers or beans?
Because cucumber pickles are superior. Sure, you can have others but just like a steak, you can have ham steaks, pork steaks, moose steaks, alpaca steaks, fish steaks etc. But when someone says steak, you know they mean beef steak because it is the best. Same with pickles.

Hmm, thats quite the...not conundrum...perhaps a quandary? Or a predicament? No. Its on the tip of my tongue but I cant get the right term...plight? No...
