But Campbell, as it stands now, is giving up a $1,300,000.00 salary. Not that he hasn't made a ton (approximately 10M worth of NHL contracts), but this is very likely his last chance to make this type of dough and I think there's a lot worse situations than playing in Cleveland.

Maybe we wants an outright release so he can go to the KHL or something. Would CBJ have grounds to terminate his contract?
