Let's Talk About Dress Socks
Ok boys - can anyone recommend a brand of dress socks that will actually stay up for more than three strides - and that don't go all the way up to your knee.
I hate having my socks bunched around my ankles......
I am assuming that I could find some in the sock district; however, I don't know where that is

Over the calf dress socks or go home. Brooks Brothers has 'em. Pantherella on Amazon.

I actually bought some really awesome socks at Costco before. They are my favorite dress socks because the blend of fibres is awesome and they have great elasticity and remain in place. They are knee high though. I think they were from Costco in the USA.

I just wear cycling socks all the time. Never liked the ones that go over the calf.

I just get black socks from Costco. Never had a problem with them falling down, and having the same sock for a decade has it's advantages for replacing worn ones. They aren't knee high's either.

I like the Tommy Hilfiger brand you can get at Costco. No need for ones that go over me.

Stop shaving your legs? I've never encountered the falling down problem. That's a new one to hear of!
Do your socks not have a strong elastic at the top? Even the $10 for 20 pack at Wal Mart have those.

What are you talking about, I don't drive a Tesla...
Anyway, you can actually get them for relatively cheap online / eBay.

Yeah, but he drives my Bentley, not my Tesla. No one drives my Tesla. I just keep it around to give people the impression that I'm environmentally conscious.

Just for charging it ostentatiously in public parking lots. Seriously, people do that here in Vancouver.

One time, I received an order of over the calf socks from Kent Wang (yes), and my wife actually thought they were sock garters. Turns out she has strong opinions on anachronistic clothing choices. Strong words.

I don't know why you added the "yes", given that I'm pretty much positive that no one but me has any idea who you're talking about.
