Daily roster and starting goaltender update sites??

Does anyone know of a site that gives the most up to date roster move and starting goaltender info. I'm in a fantasy pool and need to adjust my roster on a daily basis and could really use a site that gives concise and accurate info on roster moves.

I like dailyfaceoff because it shows power play lines too, which can be huge for fantasy.

LeftWingLock is excellent. I have their app send starting goaltender push notifications to my phone, but I use that for moneyline and o/u purposes not for fantasy - might be a bit overboard for a pool.
